Register level programming for a PCI-6035E.

I am writing a register level driver (using VenturCom's RTX) for a PCI-6035E, and I've seen the NI docs, but I still need information on programming a digital input to cause an interrupt that an ISR in my driver can catch, and how to bypass the FIFO and perform an instantaneous (one-shot) read of an analog input. Also, does anyone know of a source for register level programming information/examples for the PCI-6035E.

National Instruments does not provide technical support for register-level programming other than the Register-Level Programming Manual (RLPM).
www.ni.com >> Technical Documents >> Product Manuals >> Search the Product Manuals Library.
Search for "register-level"

There are a couple of register-level programming examples you can search for as well:
www.ni.com >> Download Software >> Example Code
