PCI-MIO-16XE DAQ_Op Timeout problem on HP Vectra VL420?

Our app works fine on a Dell GX110 (pIII ~800 Mhz NT4.0 sp6) but has problems on an HP Vectra VL420 (PIV ~1.6Ghz NT4.0 sp6) Both a PCI-MIO-16-XE and an PCI-6035E exhibit the same symptom which is this: timeout every 35267 (+-1) times DAQ_Op is called(the count to first error is never the same, but after that ...) This happens on all 4 machinge I've tried. I've fiddled with bios settings (bus-mastering etc.) but that had no effect. If it makes any difference, were using VC++ 6.0.

Never saw something like that happening. One thing you can try is to upgrade the version of the NI-DAQ driver to the latest one availabe at www.ni.com, and see if that fixes the problem.

It's been a while, but I am pretty sure that updating the driver fixed this problem. The latest driver as of this posting is NI-DAQ 6.9.3.
