NI 9219 showing saturated values

Hi

the NI 9219 reads DC voltage (normal 4.5 V DC) from a system. Please go through the attached PDF file for schematic.Abruptly the module is going into saturation i.e 474 Volt. After restarting the controller the voltage is read again correctly.

The NI 9219 AI (o) is configured in High resolution mode,+- 60 V range, scan engine period 100 mseconds.

sajeesh,

Could you post screenshots of the behavior that you're seeing? What do you mean by the module is going into saturation? At what point in the application does this happen?

It may be helpful to also post your code and the Properties you are setting on the module.

hi

the normal operating voltage is 4.5 V DC.The saturation ( 474 V) occurs randomnly.Once this occurs the controller has to be restarted by switching off the power supply .After restarting the controller the things work normal (4.5 V)

Please go through the attached pdf to see connection diagram. In the second attachment the second graph shows saturation value of 474 V

cRIO 9025,chassis 9114,NI 9219 is used.

Scan engine mode 100 ms ,loop rate 100 ms,high resolution mode,range +/- 60 V

hi

From normal operating volatge of 4.5 V there is sudden increase to 474 V (as a step)
