NI 9213 Thermocouple Card Error on cRIO

Using a 9213 TC card with a 9067 cRIO.

Connected a K-Type thermocouple up today and was getting Open Thermocouple Error that wouldn't go away.  Independent test on the TC proved it to be working well and reading accurately. 

Call to support suggested there might be a bug and to try turning off Open Thermocouple Detect.  Error gone, but TC reading now appears railed at max value. 

NI Support suggesting that my thermocouple may not be the correct voltage range for the card.  Not really sure about this. 

Tried the same TC on three different NI Modules and also on an Ethernet expansion chassis.  All results the same. 

I'm going to try to pick up another thermocouple tomorrow, but I'm looking for anything else I can try in the meantime.
