NI 9212 Can't be identified in the NI9144

Question:NI 9212 Can't be identified in the NI9144,The system says:This C series modules is not surpported by the current version NI-Industrial Communications for EtherCat

Have you tried to re-download the 9144 firmware? Seems like the 9144 firmware is corrupted for some reasons.

If the problem still exists, can you please try to power off the 9144 for several minutes? Please also check if you have followed the "Electromagnetic Compatibility Guidelines" on page 3 of the 9144 user manual.

where I can change the fareware of 9144?

I Can't find the exact UI for this change during in MAX?
