I want to measure surface roughness by the help of white light or optical sensor and based on its readings. I want to control speed and feed rate of the machine in real time .
- The system comprise of a sensor before a tool to measure surface roughness of the finished surface. If the surface is finish as specified the part is accepted if its rough so the speed and feed is controlled to enhance the aurface finish until desired surface finish is achieved. Can this be achieved by labView software ?
