I have been trying to upload Software onto my RT Taget (PXI-8195) without success.
I was always promted that a LabVIEW Real-Time version is missing which was sort of true because
it was not listed within the component list of the MAX.
The situation was kind of strange as I had installed the ETS Real Time modul.
Finally i found that I was lacking the installation of the "RealTime Target software" that came with my PXI system.
Some controllers seem to be included on the ETS disk while others aren't.
So when MAX tells you that LV RT is missing, ensure that you have the right config files for your controller installed.
The error message is kind of inappropriate and really makes you look for the problem in the wrong spot.
