I want to have two different real time programs on my CRIO 9035. Each one will have its own executable on the host. Only one can be running at a time. I can get one to work but add the second real time program it locks up.  Both can share the FPGA program.

However, one thing to keep in mind is only one real-time executable can run on a target at a given time. So the second program can be locking up because of this.
