How to setup cRIO-9074 properly

First time setup use Max 4.5, try to talk to cRIO-9074. Under 'devices and interfaces' of cRIO hardware, a error message shows up "Error - 63040". Under software of cRIO, there is nothing. What should I do in order to properly setup it?

Usually the cause of this error is incorrect IP settings in MAX.  This article discusses this error and what you can do about it with your IP settings.
