I have upgraded to LabWindows 2017 and when I try to install a program onto my cRIO I get an error message stating I need to update to Windows 7 SP1. How do I get Windows 7 SP1 and upgrade it to my cRIOs.

Garena,
This guide assumes that the cRIO is on the Internet. Our cRIOs are standalone devices and not allowed onto the Internet. I only have access to a DVD reader.

You can download SP1 from this forum https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/how-do-i-update-windows-....
You could create an DVD installer for sharing this with you offline computer

Garena,
I did download the file and now get an "The update is not applicable to your computer. You would think that NI would have a cRIO WES7 SP1 image available since it was updating to LabVIEW\LabWindows 2017 that is causing the issue.
