Fatal error: NI-Memory Manager Forced Fatal Error

Hello everyone, 

I am a newbie in the NI products. I am extending my hand for help with this error.

I have received the error message after i installed the NI labVIEW2017 on the NI Realtime Hardware using NI MAX.

I have attached a photo from console for reference.

 

Fatal error: NI-Memory manager Forced Fatal Error: Internal memory manager error. .\source\nimm\tNIHeapPageManager.cpp:294 .

It would be really helpful if anyone has encountered this type of error!. 

Any leads will be helpful in solving the issue.

l encountered it and luckily have solved it. For that case, the successful way:

1. Make the PXIe controlller enter the safe mode;

2. Connnect the PXIe controlller to PC through wire；

3. Find the controller on NI MAX;

4. Right click it and then format it as the attached photo.
