Brand new at this,
I have an Ni c9189 chassis with Ni 9205, Ni-9264, NI 9478 and NI 9403 modules
I need to put these modules under control of a Linux box. Ultimately the commands and responses are going through tcp/ip.
I expect that I will need to write ruby scripts for Ball's Cosmos test frame, and perhaps a custom protocol and other code (in C?) for translating commands to and from NI modules.
I have not been able to find any SCPI commands for the modules, though I did see an NI-Visa write command with idn? in it.
Has anyone done this, or have a suggestion on how to do this.
