Error message when formatting new cRIO 9067 - missing software objects

Dear community,

I did buy a new cRIO 9067 and wanted to install the Linux RT System Image 2022 Q3 to use the hardware with LabVIEW 2022.

Procedure:
After I select the image and click the "OK" button

it should start formatting the cRIO. Sadly I get the following error message (translated from German): At least one object of the software set was not found at the location.

Any ideas what I can do to overcome this issue?

Hi Mirocco, 

This error message occurs when you are trying to install software onto your offline NI real-time target running Linux, but you do not have the NI Linux Real-Time Offline Installation Support installed for the version of the NI Linux RT System Image you have selected.
