Error generating .out file for my simulink model using vxworks.tlc

Hi, 

   I am trying to run my simulink model in sbRIO 9642 using both sit and NI Veristand. I am able to generate .dll file for both SIT and Ni Veristand. 

But, I am having issues with generating .out file using Vxtarget.tlc for both SIT and Veristand. 

I have attached my simulink model and also the error generated with this message.
