Discrete transfer function not working correctly

So I discretised a continuous integrator using tustin method, and feed its numerator and denominator into the discrete FXP transfer function. Then I tested it by feeding a sinusoidal input and and I am expecting a cosine. But the output is instead an increasing cosine as shown (like a drift sort of effect). Does anyone know why?
