One way I can think is do a simple event counting. In this way, at every rising edge, you will have a count.
To find an example, you may go to your Measurement Studio folder, then go to Samples, DAQ, Counter, DAQSTC Event Counting.
By the way, I am also attaching an application note that talks about triggering. So you might also want to trigger an acquisition depending on the rising edge that you are looking for. There are several ways, to be simply put.
