DCM-2316のリセット方法について

お世話になります。

現在、DCM-2316を起動しようとしているのですが、STATUS LEDが橙3回点滅のエラーとなってしまい、正常に起動できません。

社内の者に聞いたところ、内部のプログラムを初期化するプログラムがあるはずと聞いたのですが、ご存知の方おられますでしょうか？

When the status LED flashes orange 3 times it simply means that the device is in safe mode, you can open NI MAX to view more information or try pressing the reset button for a few seconds to get out of the safe mode.

Thank you for the answer. NI-MAX is not recognized, so it seems to be a hardware failure.
