Constructing a VI for data logging with a Hukseflux TP02 thermal probe

I need to do data acquisition with the Hkseflux TP02 thermal probe and need help on this. It comprises of 8 inputs which includes 2 thermocouples.

What development environment are you using? Have you selected what hardware to use for your measurement? Check the NI web site for thermocouple measurements to find the appropriate hardware. Most of the development tools like LabVIEW will include specific examples for thermocouple measurments.
