Communication with an STM32F4 and an sbRIO

I have developed a C application for the STM specifically and would like to communicate via SPI with the sbRIO 9608. Tieing the lower level libraries required for the processor would take more time than communicating with the STM, in my opinion. 

 

Would it be possible to communicate with the STM via SPI?
