Can I use USB external storage on cRIO 9022?
I am trying to store data on external usb drive using usb port which is available on crio-9022.
I have tried many usb drives, but they are not getting detected in crio.
Thank You,

Yes, you should be able to. (I verified this here: http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/206760. It states "Hi-Speed USB host port for connection to USB flash and memory devices".)
Make sure the flash drive is formatted with FAT16 or FAT32 file systems.
Then simply plug in the device. By default, cRIO mounts to the u:/ drive for the first flash drive. Try using this VI as an example: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-6103
*For more info, see page 11 of your manual: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/375102d.pdf
The cRIO-9022 supports common USB mass-storage devices such as USB
Flash drives and USB-to-IDE adapters formatted with FAT16 and FAT32
file systems. LabVIEW usually maps USB devices to the U:, V:, W:, or X:
drive, starting with the U: drive if it is available. You can connect multiple
USB mass-storage devices to the cRIO-9022 if you use a USB hub. Refer
to the LabVIEW Help for more information.
