Calibration of DAQ card

Hi all,
I am trying to write a small application using PCI6034E.
This application is not using the NI-DAQ software. The application is of just reading 7 AI channels in DIFF configuration mode.
As I am using just Analog Input Channels do I still need to calibrate the DAQ card ??

Shishir,
National Instruments typically advise customers to calibrate the DAQ Cards at least once every year (hardware calibration). And, if by any chance you start using LV, we advise to run the the E-Series Calibrate Vi (especially when you start seeing offsets) which will calibrate the device through software.
