I have to connect NI 1776C smart camera with NI cRIO-9025 over ethernet. Can anyone give me some idea.

You wish to connect it to what purpose, to extend I/O, send image back to cRIO, send image analysis/processing result back to cRIO, or what?

Couple of ways to do that. Shared variable would be easiest way. Hosted web service on cRIO is another option. You can search for both shared variable and web service tutorial on ni.com.
