9203 signal acquisition

I am having cRIO 9014 controller,9104 chasis and some NI 9203 AI modules.NI 9203 modules are used to acquire 4 - 20 mA signals from  temperature transmitters that are connected to thermocouples (K type).The 4 -20 mA signals acquired by the NI 9203 modules are  showing high fluctation.While using Butter worth low pass filter i am not getting the temperature transitions according to the process.

 

The project is based on LabVIEW 8.6

Scan engine with 300 ms period

In th VI i am using 1000 ms wait until next millisecong multiple and averaging of 100 samples.

 

The same signals when connected to cFP 2000 and cFP AI 111 are showing stable signals.

 

Can i get the stable signals if i do the FFT analysis and take the amplitude of  0 HZ signals ? Plese try to resolve the issue
