In less than a month Joerg Hampel and I will be landing in Denver, joining up the team and starting our road trip... Here's our plan, come and see us.
On Tues 11th July we both land in Denver Airport, collect the car and go to a hotel near the airport and it's an independent, which was a challenge to my travel rules.
Next we drive down to Las Vegas NM and a hotel where some of John Carpenters Vampires was shot<-- very excited about this.
On Thursday we gather up the team and visit Sierra Peaks in ABQ. Some of us are staying in a motel on route 66. The official team is Joerg Hampel, Brian Powell and me (and maybe a surprise extra!, shhhhh let's keep this our secret)
On Friday 14th we will do a DSH Workshop, click on the image for details.
Really looking forward to meeting up with the Sierra Peaks people again, they are always jolly pleasant. Friday night Joerg can watch me get drunk. The bar at the Motel is actually very pleasant.
Saturday we're back on the road, heading towards Del Norte Co, where we have found a nice old hotel and restaurant.
Sunday takes us to Golden Co for GDevCon NA.
Monday brings a very unique and special event, the DSH/SAS Collaboration Workshop - "Doing Software The Pragmatic Way", spend a day with the consultant of year (Sam Taggart), the runners up (we're not bitter), Brian Powell and a mystery guest (perhaps).. between us (and the attendees) we can really get to grips with this software thing. Note: you will need to buy a GDevCon ticket to get access to this event and why wouldn't you.
Tues-Thurs GDevCon NA - You can see me and Joerg talking "Driven Design", it's shaping up to be a nice little presentation. You can also see lots of other lovely presentations, looking like a nice agenda from what I've seen.
And Friday we go home.....
We would love your support, we don't get together often and put a lot of effort into these workshops, be nice if we can make it work financially. I personally want more workshops around the LabVIEW eco-system, hopefully we are the catalyst for more.
