LabVIEW: (Hex 0xF) Resource not found. rtilvdds.dll

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to follow the steps laid out in the link below:

• How to create a LabVIEW stand-alone application using the RTI DDS Toolkit

I'm manually including the rtilvdds.dll in my EXE build but am still having issues running it on my dev system. Can anyone provide some guidance on building a standalone exe in LabVIEW 2018 with the RTI DDS Toolkit? I'll attach the simple project I'm currently using.

Library rtilvdds.dll depends on other libraries. You have to add those libraries as well. Here explains how to do it:
