Hi, 

I am currently trying to do the eval on the below test case.  

There are 2 DUTs running test at the same time. One DUT is using PXIe-5644R RF In port while another DUT is using PXIe-5644R RF out port.  Not sure PXIe-5644R able to do this. If yes, is there any example for this application.

Yes, William, the VST can definitely do that. The RF in and out port are almost completely independent from each other. The only shared components that you might run into problems with in this case are the reference clock and the PFI0 I/O direction. Those must be configured the same on both sides. As for examples, you can run most any RFSA and RFSG example at the same time to see this.
