The implementation of this was stupid simple, but I'm finding it extremely helpful. Diagram Disable Structures get even more fun if you have the QD short hand "dd" for placing a Diagram Disable Structure.
Ctrl E enables the visible frame of the diagram disable structure.
Ctrl Shift E removes the diagram disable structure completely.
The diagram disable structure must be selected.
