<LabVIEW>\resource\PropertyPages\ControlPropertyPages.llb\ControlPropertyPages.vi appears to launch the page.

I have no practical experience with it and I don't know what the inputs actually mean, but it looks like you give a 0 in the source and build an array out of your control's reference.

Edit - looks like this is supposed to launch the shared properties for multiple selected objects. The single object case is a subset.
