An updated ZIP file is available by following the regular download link above. However, if the warnings still occur you should be able to ignore them without any negative effects. Once you correct any conflicts in the project and save it, they should go away. To avoid them, try installing the following:
NI ELVIS Digital Electronics FPGA Board Driver 5.2
