I believe your question is related to the power supply. In that case, PXI instruments are limited by the per slot power budget of the chassis and cooling. Typically NI SMU (PXI 4137) go upto 200V and upto 3A (not to confuse as 200V x 3A = 600W, it is limited to 20W output).

If you are looking at beefy power supplies, try the ones at https://www.ni.com/en-us/shop/hardware/products/programmable-power-supply-device.html , some models can source 1500W upto 650V (RMX-4127)
