Can I replace te Operating system for NI PXI-8119 from Windows7 32bit with 64bit variant?

Hello,

Can you clarify what you mean by variant?  Do you mean Windows 7 Pro, Home, etc. or do you mean other OS, such as OS X?

I have allready instaled Windows7 Pro 32-bit annd I want to instal Windows7 Pro 64-bit. What is my concerns is that if the NI drivers are fully compliant with Windows7 Pro 64-bit( NI LabView Runtime 8.5,TestStand 2012,NI-MAX 5.3.1,DAQmx 9.5.5,NI-RIO 12.1 and Pickering drivers)

Yes, they should be but to double check I would see if you still have the Readme file to verify.  Most, if not all, 32-bit applications will work in 64-bit OS.
