pxi 8106 Power LED starts blinking

My PXI 8106 Power LED starts blinking and the computer is shut down.  The problem is not solved even after switching in OFF and then ON.  I have to remove the controller out of chasis and plug back in.  This problem occurs when everything is running fine and then shuts down the system in a moment and the Power LED starts blinking.   The system is cool enough and fans are working properly.  I worked on different PXI 8106 with same DAQ cards in their position but there was no problem.  I can see some red LEDs lit up inside through the vents which are green during normal operation.

How long does it take to show this behavior?  Does it happen every time the controller is running a program? What other cards are in the chassis? This could mean that the card is damaged if you have another 8106 that does not show the behavior.  If you believe that the card is damaged, you can create a service request at ni.com/ask and call 1-866-275-6964 with that service request to troubleshoot with an Applications Engineer.

Is it possible for you include the information that was asked in the post above? How long does it take to show this behavior?  Does it happen every time the controller is running a program? What other cards are in the chassis?

Were you able to try out all the troubleshooting steps outlined by the original poster? Are the fans in the chassis operational? Were you able to switch out your controller without experiencing any problems?

what is mean of PLT LED in 8106 board

in normal state this LED was green color

This question is slightly different than the original since your 8106 is not booting at all.
