i have a pxi-6508 to capture the signal.But the i/o port of pxi-6508 is on the High Level defaultly,so how can i make the i/o port turns to be high-resistance state? Thanks!

Hello;

The power up state of the digital is jumper selectable on your board.
Furthermore, in case you want to change its state back to the default state, you can call the Reset.vi in Labview.
