how the connection looks

like for example i buy a module like PXIe 6363 or 6375 the card which i am getting is that card alone?? or will i get another bigger module to connect the I/Os

You will get only the PXIe 6363 or 6375 that you purchased. If you're new to PXI ecosystem, the initial setup cost will be high, as you must have a PXIe chassis and an embedded controller or a PC with MXIe card.

Or you can get a PXIe-1090 to connect to your laptop via Thunderbolt ports.
But personally I think NI mioDAQ is better if you don't plan to use more PXI modules in the future.
