how do I generate arbitrary waveform using LabVIEW and NI 5411?

We just bought an NI 5411 card and plan to use it to generate arbitrary waveform with LabVIEW. If you hapen to know how to start it, please give me some advice. Many thanks in advance!

Hi

When you install "NI-FGEN" (API for the 5411),there are different example VI's which are installed too. I would start from there! You will find this VI's in the instrument library subpalette in LV.

I am new to labview.  I was able to install and communicate with the Ni-5411 (PXI version).  How do I feed the parameters (Votage Vs. Time) into the NI-5411 to create my own waveform? By the way, I am using Labview 8.6.   Many Thanks in advance.
