When compiling a Run window pops up saying that "Preparing for Interactive execution" and due to this the program is not running.
How to solve this problem and why is it due to.

Seems like you are simply running the FPGA VI.
You probably need some kind of a host VI. Can you share more about the configuration?
Also the subject is very generic. I recommend a more specific name.
