Hello Laerie,

I'm getting the following information about the error:

Possible reason(s):

"Calibration Executive:  Invalid data type in UserField DataType.  Must be 'NUM' or 'STR'."

I would go through the configuration steps and ensure what values you are settingfor your user settings.  Also, can you provide more details when you see the error.  I'd like to try and reproduce it on my end.  Some screenshots of the error and your input settings would be most appreciated.

Regards,

Paul C.

Hello Laerie,

After doing a bit more searching, I did find some reports of this error with the Agilent 3458A.  Can you confirm what calibrator you're using and which version of calibration executive?

Regards,

Paul C.
