Hi, I want to know infomation about PXI-7851R before purchase.

Does PXI-7851R has the function like function generator? So that it can generate some anolog output functions such as sine wave, sinc wave and square wave at frequency about 2kHz?

The PXI-7851R is not a function generator.  But to answer your question, yes, you can use LabVIEW FPGA Express VIs to generate Sine Wave and Square Wave outputs.
