I have a 6025E card. The waveforms coming out of the analog out channel of the card are not smooth. The output displayed on an oscilloscope looks like it is composed of 1ms steps. Is it possible to have a smoother waveforms? I'm using a labview RT to generate the sinewave that is passed to the ananlog out channel.
Additional information on your application that Micaela is asking for would be helpful to see if there is a way to better the output behavior. What is the waveform shape, frequency and update rate of your board. Additionally, have you looked at the Function Generators from NI? These are made for more precise waveform generation than is possible with a multifunction DAQ device.
