accommodating pike camera in PXIe

Dear all,

we have PXIe-1082 chassis using the PXIe-8880 controller (PC) and two PIKE cameras:

AVT PIKE F-505B and AVT PIKE F-505C, both cameras with IEEE1394b (Firewire) connectors.

Is there a way to accommodate (connect) the cameras to our system?

Hi Theo, 

We do have some Firewire cards however this protocol is now obsolete. In order to make sure you are getting the right tools for you I would recommend reaching out to your local sales team by going to http://www.ni.com/contact-us to discuss your project, the requirements etc. and they will be able to recommend the best solution for you.
