What is Win C? Is that a Real Time application developer? If so, can I use the same to develope my RT application and run in a PXI chasis with PXI-8145RT, E series, DIO, motion and timer/counter modules?

LabVIEW Real-Time is the only development environment for developing applications for RT Series PXI Controllers.
