Waveform on SMU

HI.

I need generate sinusoidal signal on PXIe-4141 frequency up to 200 kHz. Is it possible? What max frequency I can generate? Thanks.

You could generate upto 100ksps per board.

As to your requirement, 200kHz would not be possible with the update date. You would be able to do only 50kHz which would like a triangle wave. If you would like a better defined wave, at least 10 points per cycle, would yield only 10kHz.
