I am currently using a PXIe-5114 from NI to measure a voltage.
I am interested in the uncertainty along the y-axis (voltage value measured) and the specifications mention among other things a "DC accuracy" with a formula (page 4).
My question is then: what is the confidence level associated with this "DC accuracy" formula? 1 sigma (68%) or 2 sigmas (98%)?
