Hi

How can I install Visual Studio 2017 Pro in NI PXI 1042 (Windows) ??

According to the Microsoft, for activation, internet connectivity is required.

And I do not know whether I can connect to the internet with NI PXI 1042 (Windows)

Any help ??

You can install any Windows program on your PXI chassis. You should be able to treat a Windows PXI controller just like any other Windows PC. Depending on the controller you are using, you should be able to connect to a network directly from the Ethernet port on the controller in order to connect to the internet.
