Tb-4300b line voltage acquisition

I use a PXIe-1083 chassis and a PXIe-4300 card with a TB-4300B terminal block to collect the AC voltage. The result shows that there is no problem with the phase voltage, but the waveform is incorrect when the line voltage is collected. Can I use TB- 4300B to collect line voltage? If so, are there any other requirements for wiring?

Particularly what do you mean by saying the waveform is incorrect?

Do you mean that there is a red graph that should be altering like a sinusoidal signal but it stays at 0V?

Actually, there is a document showing proper wiring on the NI PXIe-4300 User Manual's 9th page.

Please check if you have everything connected right or connect all ports to one signal line to see if one of the ports is faulty.
