Synchronous Inputs with 4330/4331

I am new to labview and have a project that I have taken over from someone else.  It is a split Hopkins pressure bar if you want to look it up, but the basic ideas is that I have 2 strain gages connected to a 4330 block on a PXI-1082.  They are both in quarter-bridge configs and display and log data independently, but I need to collect the data from both sources simultaneously and they have to be synchronized.

I just can't make it work.  I have tried VIs with the tasks for each in both parallel and serial structures, one clock task and two.  I have been trying to modify examples and code from posts but I just don't understand labview well enough to understand what is going on or how to recreate some of the elements in the examples.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you explain in more detail how things are not working during your acquisition? Are you receiveing any errors. is your timing off? Here are a couple of links that should help you get started with making acquisition code in LabVIEW as well as Synchronization.
