Concerning the SH1006868 cable:  How does the 100 pin connector map out to the two 68 pin connectors?  What are the exact pinouts of each connector?

It took me a really long to find this information. Is there any reason why this is not publised under the datahsheet of the cable, just like the SH100100 or other similar cables?. I spend a lot of time reading through datasheets and tryign to figure out the pinout myself. I think this will save a lot of issues to a anyone trying to use this cable.
