Running NI MAX Software with PXIe-8115 PC and PXIe-6358 DAQ

Hello,

I’m using PXIe-6358 DAQ, PXIe-8115 controller PC, and BNC-2090A connections module in PXIe-1071 chassis. I Installed NI MAX (with NI-DAQmx) software to conduct anaolg/digital signal generation and capture via the DAQ. However, when running a session in NI MAX, it shows me the error "Helpasst.dll not found.Reinstall NI-DAQmx", as shown in the attached image.

Could you please let me know the issue? Thank you.

What are your Windows and NI-DAQmx driver versions?

Have you tried reinstalling NI-DAQmx driver?

The PC has Windows 7 and the NI-DAQmx version is 9.7.

I just installed it new. So I did not reinstall.

Why don't you try reinstalling the driver, as recommended by the popup message?
