Hello, as a part of NI eco-system, I have been crossing my fingers for better future of NI eco-system and families for last couple years. Do not know where NI made a wrong turn but recently I have not seen releases of any new exciting products. Rather LabVIEW NXG was abondoned and LabVIEW ADE starts looking like VBA, compared to other third party ADE such as Matlab etc.
Anyways, I wonder if NI currently keeps investing for PXI oscilloscope modules. As far as I know, PXIe-5164 is almost the last release of NIs PXI oscilloscope board, which is almost 10 years ago. While NI's PXI oscilloscope stays for its specs, prices are rising. As a user as well as a systems integrator, my end-users stop buying NIs PXI oscilloscope modules, because NI's PXI oscilloscope cannot compete against other third parties ones for the same price ranges. The degree of the difference cannot be compensated by LabVIEW-frientliness of PXI oscilloscope, because LabVIEW is also loosing its competitiveness.
Is NI planning to release any new PXI oscilloscope board?
