The only SCXI-1162 module that NI produces is in the current form that you have. This is a form that can be tied to any of our DAQ boards through the connectors on the DAQ board and the SCXI module.
It sounds like what you want is to get it in PXI form so that all your boards/modules can be all included in one chassis and so you will not have to worry about having external hardware to the PXI chassis. If this is the case, then National Instruments (NI) does produce produce a solution in the form of our combination chassis. The PXI-1010 and PXI-1011 combine PXI and SCXI slots into a single chassis. In these chassis, the PXI DAQ board can communicate to the SCXI-1162 module (or any other SCXI module) through the backplane of the chassis - elimating much of the extern
